Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar action-packed thriller ‘Bhairathi Ranagal’ is set to make its Telugu OTT debut on Aha. The movie, which was a blockbuster hit upon its theatrical release on November 15, 2024, has already been streaming on Amazon Prime Video, but only in Kannada. Now, Telugu audiences can watch the highly acclaimed film on Aha starting February 13, 2025.
A Thrilling Prequel to ‘Mufti’
‘Bhairathi Ranagal’ serves as a prequel to the 2017 hit ‘Mufti’, directed by Narthan. The film showcases the gripping backstory of Shiva Rajkumar’s character, bringing intense action and drama to the screen. Produced by Geetha Shiva Rajkumar, the film features a stellar cast, including Rahul Bose, Rukmini Vasanth, and Devaraj.
Bhairathi Ranagal Box Office Collection
The movie, made on a ₹18 crore budget, was a huge commercial success, collecting over ₹24 crore at the box office. Following its successful Kannada-language OTT release on Amazon Prime Video, the demand for a Telugu version grew among fans.
Responding to this, Aha has officially announced the Telugu streaming date as February 13 through its social media channels.

Shiva Rajkumar Health Update
Post the film’s release, Shiva Rajkumar underwent cancer treatment in the US. The actor recently returned to Bengaluru after a successful surgery and recovery.
He expressed his gratitude to fans in an emotional video, thanking them for their support during his treatment. Several film and political personalities welcomed him back and inquired about his health.
