Kobali Web Series Success on Hotstar: The recently released Telugu web series Kobali on Disney+ Hotstar has taken the OTT world by storm. Streaming in seven languages, the faction-based revenge drama has gained immense appreciation from audiences across India, including northern states.
Directed by Revanth Levaka, Kobali stars Ravi Prakash, Rocky Singh, Tarun Rohit, Sritej, Shyamala, Yogi Khatri, and Sri Pawan. It is produced by Nimbus Films, U1 Productions, and TSR Movie Makers, with Jyothi Megawat Rathod, Rajasekhar Reddy Kamireddy, and Tirupati Srinivasa Rao backing the project.
The cast and crew recently celebrated the series’ success at Prasad Labs, Hyderabad. Producer Ravi Prakash thanked Disney+ Hotstar, the media, and the audience. He shared that after two decades in the industry, Kobali was born from a desire to create something unique. Hotstar’s support and the viewers’ love made it a success.

Actor Ravi Prakash recalled hearing the Kobali story in a coffee shop and never expecting such success, especially with a cast of mostly new faces. He credited Hotstar for believing in the project and the audience for embracing it.
Rocky Singh highlighted that Kobali proves content matters more than star power. Veteran actor Venkat agreed, saying audiences now prioritize strong stories over big names.
The makers announced that Kobali 2 is already in the works. Producers Jyothi, Rajasekhar, and Srinivasa Rao promised that the sequel will offer an even more gripping narrative.
